Reaching greatness- Will Smith

I have to agree with Will Smith, Talent will only take you so far.  Work Ethic, Passion, Honesty, and Belief are essential to growth.
Will Smith gave us 10 minutes of his time to encourage and give his views on reaching success.  I highly recommend sharing this video with others.  I'm seeing Will as a motivational speaker in his later years.

Best quote from the video:  "He who says he can, and he who says he can't are both profoundly Right".
