The Deep V neck shirts:

I'm really on the fence about the expected fashion trend of 2009. It has been said that the Deep V neck is a hot look for men, but what about bird chested guys, or hairy chested guys. Is this really appealing to women? I've heard mixed stories from women regarding hairy chest men. Some ladies adore it and other do not. For the most part, the women i meet say they like a little hair on a man's chest. They consider it sexy. We all ready know the answer for bird chested dudes. Keep it in the cage dog! In the picture above Nelly is rocking a deep V...I'm sure ladies out there don't have a problem with him wearing it. I think I'm going to have to experiment for myself on this one to see if women really think it's a hot look. I don't mind putting myself on the spot for the benefit of the people, plus the way i rock it can't be matched.

Wife moving in Pretty Cleaning Lady moving Out!

Today on the morning show with Frank Ski and Wanda, a woman had wrote into the radio station (V-103) expressing their sentiments on what to do with this Beautiful Cleaning lady.

You see this Woman was engaged to be married towards the end of the year and had discussed with her fiance her moving in process. They had agreed that she would move in before they finalize the marriage.

Well, one day she was packing up her things and had decided to take somethings to her new home. When she got there to her surprise was this gorgeous Brazilian cleaning lady. The lady introduced herself as Maria the cleaning lady.

The woman knew that her husband to be had a Maid service due to how busy his work is, but she had no clue that the Maid was as beautiful as Maria.

To conclude, the woman is asking the question. How should she confront her husband to be on what to do with the cleaning lady?

My thoughts:

I think that the wife to be should have a little more self-esteem in the matter. It's obvious that this woman has been the cleaning lady for a while now. It wouldn't be fair to fire her because she's a beautiful woman. On the other hand, what wife says goes in my book. I would still think firing her is the wrong thing to do. I would suggest getting to know the cleaning lady before making a decision on this woman's lively hood. This woman could be supporting a family or worse be a single mom in unfortunate situation trying to provide for her children. Plus, women all over have work so hard in regards to gaining respect in the work place. The Women of today want the job based on Merit, not beauty. Women today, want to be taken serious...for their mind not their bodies.

Charles Privette from Broward County, Florida is filling a lawsuit on Pompano Beach Club " Booby Trap" which is a Strip Club in Florida. Charles claims a dancer's stiletto flew off her foot, shattering a mirrored ceiling and hitting him in the eye while spinning on a stripper's pole.

I personally think this would be a crazy story to tell your kids, when they ask you how did we come into money. How would you explain that?

Colin Powell publically supporting Senator Obama

I'm sure that Colin Powell's support of Presidential Candidate Senator Obama comes as a shock to many. It has been rumored that Colin Powell support of the Senator is rooted in Racial affiliation. In other words, there are those that think Powell is only supporting Barack because of Race. This thought is ridiculous. Colin Powell is a very high ranking Official in three Republican administration. It has been stated that Colin Powell was considered to be the mostly likely African American that would have has a chance at becoming President of the United States of America in one point in time. Colin Powell has led the victorious U.S. military during the 1991 Persian Gulf War. He is considered to be a very respected military leader.

Colin Powell decision to support Obama is said to be directly related to the his opposition of John McCain negative campaign ads against Obama. Colin believes that Barack Obama is more suited to lead America out of the financial predicament that we are in. He also feels that John McCain running mate, Sarah Palin is less suited for becoming the next President of the United State of American than Baracks running mate, Joe Biden if God forbid something tragic was to happen to the President.

Pree Dammond escorted by Actress/Model Eve Carter during BET Hip Hop Awards Weekend

BET Hip Hop Awards Weekend was a blast. I had the privilege of being escorted by my friend Eve Carter Actress/Model currently residing in NYC. With so many places to go this weekend, I felt the need to embellish on one of my greatest personality characteristic...spontaneity. I'm a very spontaneous person, some people hate it, and some adore it. I rarely give notice, but my friends and I typically have great admoration for one another. We are very accepting of each others characteristic flaws and perfections so skating through venues is no problem for us.

There's one venue that you must visit when in Atlanta Ga, and that's Over da Edge Restuarant and Lounge owned by Ray Hamilton. I rarely eat full meals at night, but I must co-sign on their signature Spinach Dip. The chips are freshly made on spot, and the dip it's self is like non-other I've tasted. I will definite visit this venue again to get a more in depth experience from their menu. If the spinach dip is that good, the entrees have to be astonding.
Last but not least, I would like to thank those that visit my site. Over the next few month, I will cover alot of different topics and reviews on the City life in ATL.

Okay, my mistake.

Earlier, I posted a question asking was it Beyounce who sings "Bust Your Window". I thought that the song however creative and great, still inspires those with anger management issue to vent on innocent vehicles and that's just not right. So this is my official apology to Beyounce Knowles, but you must admit...Doesn't Jasmine Sullivan sound a little like Beyounce.

I didn't win first place this month but I did make Honorable Mention for my Song. I submitted "I miss my baby" which was a song straight from the heart. I had so many mixed emotions that inspired me to write this song. I had just lost the love of my life. I didn't know what to think. Was it my fault? Was it hers? I was bitter, angry, and resentful in all the same time. I was humble and regretful as well. I wrote a series of songs expression my emotions at that time some hurtful some not. "Patience is a Virtue" by Pree Dammond

Patience is said to be a virtue. I know this to be true. I've realized alot through not having. I've came to accept that I can change everything. I can visualize my success and my prosperity. I can manifest light at the end of a dark tunnel with Faith. I've learn that patience is a great attribute to have. I've learned that it take maturity to unravel the misteries of why patience underlines Faith.

You see having patience keeps you calm, it keeps your mind open and focused at all times. I have patience and I am thankful for my blessings. There are still wants and there are still needs. I know now, what i didn't before. I feel it more. I appreciate alot more than i did before, so in the future I want ignore... those things/feelings/characteristic/virtues that are so hard to come by. All in all, having patience is a virtue and in time good things will be reveal so I can fly.

"Did Beyounce Bust Jay-Zs car Windows out?" What!

Did Beyonce write a song call bust his windows out? This morning I could have sworn I heard her new song on the V-103 radio preaching about how good it feels to bust out a guys car window. Now, I don't know how most feel about this, but I feel that she's sewing negatives seeds in the universe to make a buck if in fact that was her song.
I'm going to keep my ears open for that one. It's enough craziness in the world without a rampage of pissed off women going around busting car windows out. No offense!

I've been in the cut long enough

Last night I had a dream. I guess some would call it a nightmare. My dream was about movement. I can't explain everything in detail at the moment, but believe me my dream was an eye opener all over again. "God gives me the strength to change the things that I can and the wisdom to know the things I can not." For this reason, You will hear my thunder as soon as i have unpacked all of these boxes. I feel like I have an internal bleed.

I am happy, I have peace, but I am un-eased. I am blessed by God and for this reason, I have peace. My lively hood needs are met, for this reason I am happy, but I am un-eased.

With all the joy in the world at my foot rest, there is one desire that I can’t seem to put to rest. I have lost, when I have gain. I discovered love, in the course of passionate mingling in the rain.

I embraced her in my arm against the stone, and fell in love with her moans. I know this Woman, for 5 years I’ve known.

My past has caught up with me, so now I moan not in pleasure; it’s more like a Groan.

The internal bleed I speak of, comes from my heart. It’s like a small leak of part of who I am not. The old me is dying…even now as I write, it would seems as if I was crying for this woman whom I’ve known.

5 years it has been and in ever part I have grown. I have grown to realize life, and I have grown to see my own lies. I have grown from within like a Red-Wood, a strong man till I die.

I choose to prosper, even if I have to live with the pain. I choose to not foster, the doubt of not having more joys in the rain.

I welcome the storms of life with vulgar optimism. I love the tides of life…Ups and downs are more like adventures when I feel them.

I am an Aquarius man, and bear the mark of a King. I am blessed with Talents un-seen.

I feel like I have an internal bleed. There so much more to me….that most will never see.

Unfortunately, some of us live with guilt for years and years.

But fortunately, God has made a way for us to be delivered of that heavy burden.

First John 1:9 says, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness."If our burden of guilt is caused because our sin or mistake direly hurt someone else, how can we possibly be delivered from the oppressing memory of that?

Well, Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28).

When we live in the past or allow it to trouble us for any reason, it can can rob us of God's peace and joy keeping us from being a channel of His light to the world. Let our song be as the psalmist's: "This is the day the LORD has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it."
