Is our money safe in the bank

IndyMac Bank was taken over by Federal Regulators:

An average of 300 bank expected to fail over the next 3 years.

FDIC keeps a list of several banks at risk for closing, but will not disclose to avoid panic.

Not sure what to expect anymore from the US, but you definitely need to be smart with your money.

Losing what's Golden

Losing what’s Golden:

I sit here as still as calm summer day, analyzing my past choices, comments, and dreams. While sitting here, I remember things are not always what they seem. So I begin to dig deeper. Deeper in thought...Deeper in soul, and spirit. I know for a fact that my hearts has been filled, drilled, and smashed up. I also know for a fact that, in life you can die and be resurrected again. I say these things because today a thought came to mind. I feel like you are really losing me. Before, all of this seemed to be like playing a chess game where ever move you make is a move to counter act your opponent. Well, today I put up my white flag. No more mind games, no more confusion, no more feeling distressed.
Today, I am content but not at peace. I am not a peace because I know and feel that there is a peace missing. I understand that but she does not. She feels it but she rebels against it. She is petrified with fear that her emotions will lead her astray. She is consumed with her struggles, her mistakes, and her pain. She can not break from it. It has a hold on her. She is blinded by my growing phase. She can not see the man that I am today, but I know she feels my spirit b/c we share the same. She is losing me because I am wanting...She is losing me because she can not see through the fog. She is losing me because....others feel her lost.

You see when you stand out side the box, you have a different perspective. You approach issue differently b/c you attempt to not repeat the same mistakes. You can foster a relationship which has no beginning, but you can not replace a spiritual connection that is destine to never have an ending....but at last I feel that you are losing me so today I just need to say....

HOME GIRL DOING HER THANG!

SO WHAT'S NEWS? THIS IS!

Up to date with Preezie "All Day"

Keeping those who actually love me, and those that love to hate me up to date. Currently, I am house shopping. It's finally that time for me to up grade my life a bit. NO, this isn't my house so close your mouth. LOL....Like, I said, I'm currently looking for that perfect spot for me to rest my head.

I'm always open to move, but in the mean time, Atlanta has been good to me. So I will be looking, for a new spot somewhere in the ATL. With the economy being the way it is, it's definitely time to come up.

I'm going for that equity baby. It would be nice to share this blessing with someone special but for the time being i will be happy occupying the space as a bachelor. I'll probably organize an exclusive house warming or something smooth like that.

You know how I do.

Things you could do for me.

1. Keep me in your prayers. "Pray that i have overwhelming prosperity in my life in every aspect" I got that one from my pastor.

2. Support my movements. "Participate, Attend, Enjoy, Purchase, and advise" It takes people to take over the masses"

3. Stay positive when you around me. "Anything negative will not be heard"

4. Love yourself!

5. Be honest!

6. Strive for excellence

7. Ask someone to do the same for you!

Try to stay positive, things come and go!

Do not waiver in your mind! Stay focussed. Make it a habit to overcome all discouragement! Keep in mind, to whom much is given much is required.

Forgiveness:

The thing about living this life is to know that no one is perfect. If we were there would be no reason that Jesus had to die for our sins.
We all make mistake and will continue to make them. What we must do is have forgiveness for others as well as ourselves. Dealing with the issues that cause us pain in a positive way is the key. It is also very hard to do. We all have moments of weakness in our spirit that causes us not be the person that God is happy to see. Know this...any negative thoughts, feelings, negative actions performed, or inability to walk in the light paralizes our naturally good spirit. Negativity, feeds the negative spirits in your body. It feeds your sin, and weakens the Soul.
As i stated, no ones perfect, but just know that having balance should also be a goal to aim for. Feed your Soul, with good memories, good people, and good words. Feed your positive sides, so that you may have balance. A person has to make a conscience effort to feed their positive side unlike that of the negative. The world is what it is, and it does a good job of filtering negativity your way.

So remember to have balance.

It's amazing to know how much you can and can not control, but do know that you can Control more than you can not!
NOTE: Everyone won't get this b/c everyone doesn't think the same.

HOOD VERSES GHETTO

Is there a difference between Hood and Ghetto? My answer: Hell, yeah! This conversation came about while sipping some Cabernet Sauvignon at a get together with some friends.
Some would say that being hood is ghetto, but i disagree. I can personally say that I grew up in the hood so i know first hand what it means to be hood and not ghetto.
The thing is...you can never remove the hood out of someone that was born there. That would be like erasing someone past. We grow from our mistakes and our past, which makes us better individuals.
Getting to it.....the difference between being hood and ghetto is simple. Someone with a Hood persona can adapt to their environment, a Ghetto person can not. No matter where a ghetto person goes they remain ghetto....They call it keep it real, but a person that's hood has sense enough to be respectable, curtious, and civil in diverse situations. Now, i know alot of people will disagree but that my take on it.

So you want to know what I think?
