Another look at Atlanta Rush Hour Traffic

If you have ever thought about moving to Atlanta, you have to be prepared for Rush hour traffic.

This image was taken via my BlackBerry at 5pm Est.

Atlanta is home to a lot of famous celebrities which you rarely see. To name a few: Jazmen Guy, Whitney Houston, Outkast, Ludacris, Gucci, Shawty Lo, and more.

It's not like in New York's Tribecca district where you might see a celebrity from LA or ATL for that matter just eating out in your casual bar or lounge.

When you decide to move to any city you really have to weigh your options. Ask yourself questions about the Job market, City Amenities, Parks, Traffic, Education, and etc. You definitely need to know what to expect when it comes to transportation. If you plan to move to Atlanta, be prepared to buy a reliable vehicle and be prepared for our Rush Hour.

Deal with yours truly,

Last Night at KORE Magazine Launch Party

This event was held at London Bistro Ultra Lounge by Lila Brown. It was a Red Carpet affair filled with an array of Entertainment Professionals. For a launch party, it wasn't half bad. You would find what you would expect to find at a Media Launch event (Press, Photographers, Great Looking Ladies, and more). As far as the selection of food from London Bistro, it had it's short comings. The menu wasn't as diverse as a person would had hoped it to be, but the customer service was great. You can see more about Kore at there website. www.Koremagazine.com
Check out Mika Means Interview with Kore, it's hilarious.
Question: Is this chic on medication?

Urban Battle Suit

Getting Dressed for Battle:

People always say dress for the occasion. I agree with this statement. In ancient times, knights would dress in armor and wear their coat of arms before going into battle. Things are not much different today. Check out my list of Urban Battle Gear.

Battle Gear:

1. Shades - To block the haters and allow you to see your bright future.

2. Watch - To synchronize time and to stay on schedule.

3. Jewelry - To distract those who aren't about real business. Also used to show your stature and taste.

4. Shirt & Pants - To hide your war wounds and to keep you warm in a cold world.

5. Phone - To keep in touch with your team. State of the art communication device used to give signals, send intel, check statuses, and command attention.

6. Blazer - To cover your assets. To know them is on a need to know basis.

7. Cologne - To easy the mood of your combatants. To create a peaceful environment.

Seven - The numerical value of completion and unity.

How Pocket change can turn into Cash gains

Hip Hop Entrepreneurs need to Invest at all times.

 Everyday simple:

We are almost living in a cashless society so this may be more beneficial to those who still utilize cash more than others.

There are times where it’s better to use cash rather than credit/debt cards so ultimately we will always have coins left over.  Most people who do save loss coins do not use them for investing.  They rather use their loss coins for making smaller purchase.  Always remember when you make a purchase you’re investing into someone other than yourself.

Steps to make loss change work for you

1.    Try not to lose you loss change in couches, car seats, and sidewalks.
2.    Keep a container for you loss change in you car and one in your home.
3.    Save your loss change in 6 month increments then deposit it in a bank security like a Certificate of Deposit or Roth IRA.  Depositing ever 6 months is more as a retraining method than a method to earn more.  The APY on CDs does return much during these economic time; none the less, you will earn more the more you make deposit.

TRICKS TO INCREASE YOUR CREDIT WORTHINESS

TRICKS TO INCREASE YOUR CREDIT WORTHINESS
by Pree Dammond

Our people suffer for lack of knowledge.  Consultants are paid for their knowledge and have made a business on making others lazy.  I’ll get to the point and share with you some tricks that I have learned along the way.

Too many trade lines or credit accounts are not always the best for you.  It really depends on the amount of Cash Flow in versus Cash Flow out.  When you have a lot of trade lines and not enough credit activity it will impact your credit score in a negative manner.

It is not always wise to cancel Credit cards; this could have a negative impact on your credit score.  It’s better to just pay off the balance and use the card every once in a while to show that you know how to manage you finances.

Once you have brought most of your credit cards or merchant accounts to a zero balance then focus on using one primary credit card.  Choose a card that has the better interest rates, incentives such frequent flyers miles, points, and etc.

Use this Card to pay bills that you are already paying.  Never use this card to purchase Material things like clothes, shoes, meals, or etc.  The rule is to only use this card to pay the bills you are already paying thus far.  Basically, don’t make purchase with money you do not have.

Pay off your balances in Full every Cycle.  The reason I say every cycle and not every month is because you Creditors will usually give you anywhere between 15 to 30 days to pay off any recent purchases.

For example:  If your cell phone bill is due on the 18th of every month and pay it in full with your primary credit card, You will have until the 18th of the next month to pay in full the total amount that was spent on that particular day.  This method can also be used to extend your payment obligation in case it takes you a little longer to gather the funds.

Pay your bills on time and in full actually will save you more money in the year than having a late fee here and there.  Trust me!

Adopting this practice will show Credit Reporting Agencies and Merchants that you are responsible at using their products and managing your finances.

This will also retrain yourself to respect your money and will allow for more investing towards your hobbies or businesses.

Best of Luck!

The Daily Preezie Baby

Today is what you make it to be.

I woke up today reminding myself of a very important element pertaining to growth. I'll keep it short because I'm a busy person.

Here it is, On our coarse to success we will come to a point where we will have to trust people in order to surpass the level we have attained. To grow, we will have to take risk with people to achieve greater things in life.

Close the Gap between the haves and have nots in the MLM Industry

Now anyone can close the Gap between the haves and have nots.

I thought this Article hit the nail on the head.  It's serious out here and a lot of people are being left behind.  I'm a business man among other things and can see growth potential from many angles.  It doesn't take a Rocket Scientist to know that MLM is a platform that everyone should have in their cornerstone.  With the expansion of Social Networking Platforms such as twitter, facebook, and myspace more people have the ability to Network across the board.  "Internationally" It's called diversifying.

Following Article written by: Eric May
TraVerus Poised to Deliver the MLM Industry a Knock Out Blow:
Ever so often, a company comes along and revolutionize the industry in which it operates. More often than not, that company goes on to become a household name. Just take a look at Google, just a few short years ago we would have never heard of them. Now, Google has become a word in most everybody's vocabulary. Need to find information on a particular topic, we no longer tell people to do research, we simply say "Google it".

The network marketing industry is no different. Of course there are a few well known names in this industry, unfortunately the name recognition usually come post momentum. Rarely do you come across a company at the right time just before momentum set in and the company experiences a growth explosion.

A little known company based out of Allen Texas is currently poised to give you that opportunity. TraVerus, a company who's niche is in travel and health and wellness, is currently poised to deliver a knock out blow to the whole network marketing industry. Just like Google, TraVerus will be a household name.

TraVerus is revolutionizing this industry by introducing to it's distributors a wholesale outlet store that they will "Go Yikes", when they see the prices offered to their customers. By allowing their distributors to operate a true wholesale outlet store dubbed "Go Yikes", similar to Costco or Sam's Club, TraVerus has positioned themselves as leaders in this industry.

With the ability to produce products through its Healthy and Natural lab to compete with anything currently on the health and wellness market, and the wholesale pricing structure in the "Go Yikes" stores, others in the network marketing industry will have to adjust their pricing structure, or run the risk of losing their customer base.

If you thought the new "Go Yikes" wholesale outlet store was damaging enough, couple that with the strongest compensation plan in the industry, and you have your knock out blow. Most companies in this industry either have a binary, a uni-level, or a matrix, but not TraVerus.

The president and founder of TraVerus, David Manning has an extensive background as a network marketing industry consultant and compensation plan design specialist, so when it came to designing the compensation plan for TraVerus, he saved the best for last.

Traverus agents earn money in several different ways, both inside of the compensation plan and outside. Anytime a sell is made from their "Go Yikes" store, they are paid a percentage of the difference between the wholesale and retail price. When they book travel for their customers they are paid 65% - 75% commission. All this takes place outside of the compensation plan.

The compensation plan that David Manning designed for TraVerus is the first and only of its kind. He combined all of the three major compensation plans in the industry into one. He called it the 3-D Compensation Plan. So not only do TraVerus have a binary, they have a uni-level and matrix too. This compensation plan is designed in such a way, an average person will be able to generate income.

David didn't just have the average person in mind when designing this plan, he also included mechanisms to attract the builders in the industry. With the profit sharing pool, car bonuses, coded bonuses, and matching bonuses, this compensation plan is truly designed for everyone to be successful.

When that bell rings on March 1, 2010, there will be no standing 8 count when TraVerus delivers that knockout blow. You will either be apart of the company delivering the blow, or one of the companies laying on the mat being counted out. Get on board today!

Growing Pains

At times, we all come to a point where we have to grow. We have to move on to better and bigger things. We don't forget about the obstacles that have helped to define who we have become. However, we do weather pain and make the choice to grow.

I've recently heard a speech on becoming a more dynamic person and since then it has stoke with me like glue.

Dynamics is about character, principles, priorities, and schedules.

It's about making real life choices and accepting the consequences of those choices.

Become a better you. Create your schedule and become more dynamic.

Pree Dammond Cruises to the Bahamas

Pree Dammond Cruise to the Bahamas

It’s amazing what people take for granted.  It’s amazing what people choose to not appreciate.  Last week was my Birthday week, and what better way to celebrate it than to partake in the flavors of the sun over the clear blue waters of the Bahamas.

When you travel to a tropical island or some exotic places such as the Bahamas, it really motivates your mind to focus on the things that are of true importance.  It really brings you in to perspective of the simple things to appreciate.

What’s important to me?  Here’s my answer.  I like the concept of traveling the World, meeting new people, eating new foods, and establish new relationships.  When it’s your time to leave this earth, what will you remember?

For me, it will be good people, great experience, great food, and wonderful relationships.  Not money.  Not cars, well at least not the slower driving ones. Not how big my house is, and definitely not the brands I wear.

The truest experience in life is to just live it to the fullest and experience as much as possible.

While in the Bahamas, I had the privilege to eat Conch for the first time.  Conch is snail that forever grows a shell until it dies.  Somewhat poetic is it’s destiny in death.  The element that provides the Conch protection is the same element that kills it as it mature.  It’s shell, go figure.

The taste of Conch is comparable to Calamari, but better.  Conch definitely has more of a unique taste than calamari.  I was blessed to be able to try authentic Conch Fritters cooked by the Bahamas Natives.  Goldie’s Conch House is where my feet landed and my hunger was cured.

AT GOLDIES'S CONCH HOUSE

My friends and I, where driven to find a location off the Tourist Resort where we could find some authentic Island cooking.  We found a small community called the Fish Fry and this is where we found the best Conch ever.

This trip to the Bahamas was my first.  It was also the first Cruise I have ever taken.

To cruise the open sea is an experience in itself.  I mean it was simple wonderful.  I mentally overcame sea sickness, but I would advise those who travel by sea to take some type of medication.  It really depends on how mentally strong you are.

When you cruise the sea, it’s an all you can eat buffet everyday.  There are an array of various live entertainment and cruise guest to entertain you.
I believe the best part of the cruise for me was when I entered a talent contest.  That was a lot of fun, wished I filmed it.  I will write more about cruising at a later time.  For now, I just want to appreciate the experience a little bit more.

I definitely have more trips to share and more productions to come.  I apologies for not filming this experience, however, the next will definitely be a must see.
