No reasons for arguments...it's better to receive criticism good or bad.

You're not required to agree, but it is better to just receive it...through receiving criticism you are able gain insight on that individual that could prove to be useful in how that person benefits your life or how you choose to do a thing.

Knowing how your people think, is important if you tend to be a great leader.

Life is a blessing and the most enjoyable Game God could have ever created, so play smart and hard.

The Road to what you need is in your heart

It’s been two days since I’ve posted to http://pdammond.com/
…but this was for a reason. When, I share my Visions, Inspirational, and more with you…I am confident in what I share because I know it come from a higher place than I am. I’m confident that the message is for someone who needs it…and a lot of times I need the message for myself.

Over the past few days, I have come to realize that you can not seek guidance from everyone…you have to really know that the people around you in your inner circle are those of Good Counsel. Good counsel meaning…positive people who love to see you prosper. It is also true that everyone who loves to see you prosper might not have the message that you need to hear.

This is why you have to nurture your relationship with God as well. You have to hear from him yourselves in order to grow with wisdom. You have to ask for wisdom to understand the things you do not understand. You have to ask for Devine guidance in the choices you make.

No one, not even my-self can give you that. We all have our paths to take, and our walks to make. All you have to do is ask. Have a great Super Bowl weekend.

It takes time and room to grow

When you live your life in doubt, you’re not living at all. In fact, you are probably missing out on a lot of blessings starring you right in your face. Be strong in your faith, and stay open-minded to change. Growth is a choice we all can make to better ourselves. You will grow faster with less resistance…it’s better to choose to change for the better when all is well.

When things aren’t so well, you have to keep pushing until you break through the soil to discover the light.

God gives people gifts called Talents. I've came to realized the side of effect of giving is receiving. The world says, you shouldn't expect anything in return from giving...but God expects alot from us when he gives us breath to live, Seeds to sew, and Jesus to be forgiven through.

In Good gifts, there should be Great expectations. He expects us to multiple through our talents and gifts. He expects use to increase...not suffer or decrease in anything.

If you have multiple talents, then you are favored....through being favored there is much expected...so if you considered yourself favored...just know you got alot of work to do....so don't waste a bit of time....enjoy the work you're in and it will not seem like work at all.

Today is truely a day to remember. This 20th day of the first month of the year 2009, America has accepted an African American as President of the United States of America. I am proud...I am inspired, I am appreciative to have witness this great occassion. This is truely a hallmark toward destroying negative stereotypes of the African American community. It is also a moral place holder for others to follow. As a people, we are intelligent, charismatic, and humble...We have always been but today... we will always be.

What is up with the attitude playa

You know, as much as I stay focused on the positive it's apparent to me that we all have our down moments. We all have mood swings and such. I know for a fact, God has made us master or all things of the Earth so therefore we are masters of our own bodies as well.

I found myself today of all days feeling a little tired, but not for long. I picked myself up and reminded myself of all the things to be thankful for, and energized about.

• Change is upon us with the Inauguration of Obama, which is going down tomorrow.
  Change is always good in my book no matter what.
  
• Today is Martin Luther Kings Birthday, and some companies actually honor it.
• People are being blessed as I speak
• Someone has just be saved by another person's kindness, so it's all good.

So if there is someone else out there that wasn’t having such a good day, just remember…there are no super humans…only Super Attitudes so keep it moving like a Mac Truck!!!

Not just a typical day

If you're having a typical day and everything seems to be complacent, normal, and contentive...make sure you do something different and out of the ordinary before the day is out. Typical equates to no change, no resistance, and no growth. We are above no growth. We must challenge ourselves everyday by doing something positive and different than before. No matter how big or small, just do something different today so that this day will not be a typical day.

If there is someone in your life that you feel really needs to change the way they choose to live. Remember that the people that are the closes to you are close to you for a reason. At some point in your lives I'm sure you were very much alike or had a lot in common, so looking forward...If you desire to change a person life for the better start by looking in the mirror. If you change somethings about you maybe them seeing the change in you will better them in the same mannor.

When He or She drives you CRAZY

Men and Women are different in many ways, but in many ways we are similar. Our differences are what brings us closer together. God meant for it to be this way. He knew that our differences would cause resistance and that our resistance would cause our relationship to grow closer with substance. When you're at odds with your spouse just think on the positive and know that the pain and frustration you're feeling is related to growing pains. No need to get upset and argue...just listen and grow. Your similarities are what attracted you in the first place...there are many fish in the sea with nothing in common with you. When someone is meant for you, your good spirit will know it but your worldly mind will doubt it. Be in good Faith, and you'll never have to second guess your decisions.

I’m not married so I can’t speak for many married men, but from the looks of it this is so TRUE.

Remember when I had talked about order and finding your purpose? Well, for me that means staying in shape as well...If I don't feel healthy I won’t have peace of mind and I won't have order....There will always be something I still have to conquer.
