I'm Back with a new outlook on life

The Daily Preezie Baby:  

In 2007, I started a blog called http://age-vip.blogspot.com.  It was just a blog where i talked about and share any and everything that was interesting to me.  

I monetize the blog, made money, shared links, connected with other bloggers and more.  Not until, I started to post "The Daily Preezie Motivational" did the blog actually start to gain more attention.

In 2010-2011, It had seem as if I was going through a spiritual warfare.  Everything crazy seemed to be happening to me all at once. I lost a friend that was my friend for over 8 years.  I lost my first born daughter.  A lot of my investments went south, and everything seemed dismal.

It became very difficult to write Motivationals when my spirits where low. Until recently, I have reclaimed my kingship and been delivered from that negative spirit.  My daughter is in a better place, and those same negative spirits have been crushed.  Even after that, I had to fight a battle with myself to regain my footing on things.  We all know that your worst enemy will always be yourself.

It just goes to show that no matter how successful we become, we are still only human.  Humans make mistakes but it's how we deal with those mistakes that make us great.  I know a few of my old readers wondered what happened but I am committing to more Daily Preezie Post now.  I will begin sharing my motivational once more on this new site http://preedammond.com

Why give up when you can give into your dreams.  In most cases, you dream big and that's great.  I let you know now, that there is a thing called resistance that is always near before a great change occurs.  Relax, It is the sign that you are on the right track. Push through the resistance and you will find that nothing was ever designed to can stand in your way. No matter how harsh things seem to be, keep your faith and push forward. You will become victorious!

Normally when I post, it's to motivate, encourage, or to just inform.  Well, this time it's to give thanks.  I want to personally thank April Body for exemplifying the beauty in African American women everywhere.

Nowadays, it appears that showing off more is a must.  I'm a man and would be a fool if I said anything different from the fact that i love to see skin, but I must digress.  April has shown ladies everywhere that they can be sexy and covered...or just plan sexy regardless.

I have to agree with Will Smith, Talent will only take you so far.  Work Ethic, Passion, Honesty, and Belief are essential to growth.
Will Smith gave us 10 minutes of his time to encourage and give his views on reaching success.  I highly recommend sharing this video with others.  I'm seeing Will as a motivational speaker in his later years.

What would you rather be?  A Hustler or a person of Business.

Hustler live by one principle motivator. Get it while the getting is good.

Business men live by another principle.  Invest to profit continuously.

I have an undeniable respect for people who make things happen, so this is not a dis to Hustler.  If you want Wealth, I would encourage you to use real business principles to make your ambitions a reality.

While attending a Business Seminar last year, I remember hearing 3 important business principle from Reginald Ezcell, guest speaker.  Those principles where (Include people, Produce excellence, and Find a Mentor).

1.  Include People -Use Repeat Marketing Plans "It's about the people, and not about you".  Social Media Network is a cost effect to socialize with people and reach others from distant locations.

2.  Produce Excellence -Excellence is a walk, success a destination.  Don't stray from the path, choose one and continue to strive for success.

3.  Don't build your business on a fad - Fad or Trendy things have a nature of changing very frequently.  You want to build your business with a foundation that will stand the hands of time.  Build your business on fundamental elements that have been proved effective.  You are not in business for the love.  You are in business to make a living for your family or yourself.

Teddy Pendergrass falls to Cancer

Teddy Pendergrass will be missed.
One of the greatest R&B singers has fallen.  Our prayers and appreciation for what he gave the world in terms of music will always be with him. The world is transforming greatly.  We have lost Icon after Icon.  We are experiencing natural disaster more frequently than ever.  I reach out to those that read my blog and encourage you all to live life to the fullest.  Live life doing and not just speaking.  Be happy and never let a soul steal your happiness.  Some people tend to be out touch.  Let them be them.  Instead of forcing your ideals, your motivations, and your life on other...choose to live by example.  Pray that others will be inspired through your being as Teddy Pendergrass has inspired musician after musician.  With peace and love, I salute Teddy for his gifts to the world, and thank God for the gifts he gives us all.

Recently, there is a wave of panic over the 2nd Blackberry outage and all in one week. A few friends have recommended that Blackberry is the phone to have especially for business minded people as ourselves. I am now on the Blackberry platform with the new Blackberry Tour, for the first time ever. This comes of little comfort for me since I have been handicapped from all of its features due to the 2nd outage in a week.

Blackberry released a reports stating that they have a team of technician working on the issue, however what caused this issue is still unknown.

CNN reported this fact as well.

While speaking to Cellular Network provider (Sprint) yesterday, it became evident that over 50% of Blackberry users were affected by this outage. I’m sure this will not have a positive effect on the business world being that a lot of businessmen are dependent on this form of communication.

Now, wondering how will this glitch affect the economy?
Did this cause a stock surge?
How many dollars where lost due to this outage?
Does Blackberry owe use some type of customer appreciation rebate?

Kandi's first Tweet and Meet was a success. The room filled with adoring fans, and music patrons all in support of Kandi's first Tweet and Meet event. This event took place in Lawrenceville Georgia at the Dave & Busters near Sugar loaf parkway on December 6th, 2009.

This was the perfect place to host an event that brought thousands of Kandi's supporters . The crowd of people that attended this event where wrapped inside and out the building.

RasheedaGApeach, Antonia Carter, and DiamondATL all came out to support their friend and artist colleague.

Little did they know, another star was in the building.

The room was filled with Song writers and Producers such as Don Vitto, JHiame from Houston, FingerRo, and more.

Be prepared to be amazed, Kandi and companies have a lot more to offer.

A simple word like reach has power.

I'll keep it short. Reach, Like a drowning swimmer in the ocean with his arm extended above water. Reaching for a life line. Reaching to be pulled up or like a philanthropist who reaches out to those to support acts of kindness. This came to mind, when thinking about how it may look to others, when people are reaching out to you for support or to assist you. Reach is a powerful word. What will you do when someone reaches out to you? Will that day ever come when you need to simply...REACH!!!

The Simple Life leads to Wealth

When I was 17 years of age, I sold credit cards for this company called Sitel Corporations. I learned the value of credit at an early age. Not because I was taught, but because God destined for me to have financial knowledge. I learned that wealthy people don't care about credit for obvious reason. They buy what they want.

I didn't have all the answer to living a prosperous life, but I did learn from hearing irate customer curse me out about trying to collect on a Discover card bills. I was a beast back then, even if they told me there was a death in the family, I would still try to collect. This didn't sit well in my heart, and that when i moved on to better things. I've made unwise choices as well, but have grown from them.

I know the value of living the simple life. I know now, that by living the simple life you end up having more than most would expect. LOL The simple life doesn't have to be a cheap life. The simple life is all about self control & properly executed assaults toward self happiness. It all depends on your individual tolerance for irritants and level of wisdom. Simple Life Concepts have to taught early on to reap an Extravagant life styles. However, there are a minuet percentage of Self Made Beings that stray away from Wheel spinning. It's all about efficiency and productivity. In engineering school, our number one rule was to Keep it Simple. No one thought to apply this to their lives. Instead, many were bedazzled by Music Videos, Family members, what's popular, and bias Friends. I'll start with the basic Simple Life leading to more.

• No Automobile Notes or Loans
• No student loans
• No mortgage or at least a mortgage in the lower 30% of your housing budget
• Stop spontaneous spending. Companies have changed the layout of their store due to research that cost them millions to make billions.
• Live energy efficient. Why pay more when you can pay less.
• Invest in interest earning securities. It's better than letting it lose value in your pocket
• Avoid being a baby momma or baby daddy if possible.
• Keep government agencies out of your personal life.
• Be compatible in your relationship. Don't get with a financial idiot when you're financially astute. It's better to be single.
  
• Set Goals and achieve them. Stroke your subliminal with doing great things.
• Be slow to anger. Anger is an emotion that overcome your ability to think clear.
  

Thinking is the key.
Live your life with mini retirements, why wait to the end. How would you like your life if retirement never came. Take advantage of today, but don't buy out the bar..if you know what i mean. LOL

Doubt rears it's ugly head

At times, it seems easy for doubt to creep into your mind. This is only because we thinking too much. Over Analyzing a matter is a form of Laziness. Take action so much that you don't waist time thinking. This way, you limit the amount of doubt that could rear it's ugly head.
